Within Neverwinter, there is an in-game text chat system. This is the most effective method of communicating with members of our guild as well as members of our allied guilds by using the [Alliance] channel. This is the best way to get assistance from people in-game. The wiki entry for this can be found here: neverwinter.gamepedia.com/ChatThe wiki entry is an explanation of the PC chat and is not exactly the same as the PS4 chat. To access the in-game chat box, press: This will bring up the chat interface: The available chat channels are: [Alliance] - Allows communication with all persons online within an alliance. You must be in guild that is part of an alliance to have this channel available. [Guild] - Allows communication with all persons online within a guild. You must be in a guild to have this channel available. [Guild Officer] - Allows communication with online persons in a guild who have a guild rank that has been granted access to this channel. [Group] - Allows communication with all members in a group/party. You must be in a group/party to have this channel available. [Looking For Group] - This is a zone-wide channel used when someone is looking to group up with others. [Say] (in-game, this channel is in white) - This channel is much like speaking out loud. Only persons near you will see your message. [Trade] - This is a zone-wide channel used when someone is looking to buy/sell/trade items. [Zone] - The most frequently used channel outside of [Alliance], this zone-wide channel broadcasts your message to everyone within the adventure zone you are in.
